Early this summer María mentioned to us if we could do or have alike a  "family riding day" and today we did that. First I drove with the girls, Anna and Auður down to the river on our field and we made this small fence for the horses to stay in while we would eat our lunch. Than we got ready and everyone had their on horse and rode alone. Auðbjörn was on Selur, María was on Stormur, Anna Kristín was on Oddur, Auður Karen was on Sókrates, Fia was on Sprettur and I rode my Glæsir. But the most exiting part for the girls was to ride across the river and back. I staid behind to take pictures but not on my usual big camera, I took the small one. After that we rode just a little more and let the horses in the fence we made earliere and ate our lunch.
