Yesterday  a horse threw Auðbjörn off so he broke a bone in his right hand ( he is left handed ) so now he is out of the pictures in riding and showing horses this month. The plan was to show few mares but now we are only going to show possibly 3 mares at least we drove them to Blönduós to Tryggvi Björnsson for him to show them if he thinks they are ready. The mares are Rut, Jódís and Þota and the other ones thet we planned on showing like Gusa ad Næla will have to wait until next spring. We have now sold Randver and yesterday I had to go and take him from all his mares and have him vet checked. I was a little nervus on doing this on my own, but knowing Randver it was a pice of cake. He was so calm and nice and didnt make a sound even though I just took him from over 20 mares. This is a horse we will always remember and have big respect for as well. Back on sale is Viska Þokki daughter because of unsurtent buyer that we had her reserved for. So if you want a potential breeding/riding/competition mare maybe Viska is what you want. Foals after Askur are also for sale, many good colors and they are all looking very well. Wery long and well raised neck and slim body. Good colors. The former owner and breeder told me last night that when Askur was a foal he one this foal competition in Skagafjörður and than also last winter a 2 year old son of Askur one this competition between 1-4 year old youngsters. So his offsprings are looking very good and promising as himself. Here are pictures of few of his offsprings.
